Welcome to Hawkhurst Publishing. Our aim is to reshape the way we grow leaders, build teams and deliver the change we all want to see in our companies through new ideas and tools. Our flagship offering, The Leadership Mastery Suite®, will interest senior managers of bigger organisations wanting to develop large numbers of leaders and teams. The Leadership Mastery Suite’s journey began with the success of James Scouller’s first book, "The Three Levels of Leadership". It caught the eye of big companies wanting to elevate their leader development programs (LDPs). Like most others, they were struggling to engage their people. Not only that, they felt traditional LDPs weren’t delivering the results they wanted. Many of their leaders felt stuck on what we call the "leadership growth curve," prompting a need for fresh ideas and tools. At first, our focus was on one-to-one and team coaching. But we realised that limited our reach. We were creating a bottleneck. So in 2017 we began thinking about a scaled-up response to larger companies’ needs. That’s when the Leadership Mastery Suite idea emerged. It had two aims. First, to pull all our ideas, tools, and methods into a unified master model, letting clients see how its three learning blocks came together in one “jigsaw”. Second, to offer both personal and enterprise-level growth paths. Coaching addressed the personal needs but we sought other ways of approaching large-scale learning. Gradually our vision for enterprise solutions began to take form. It had four pathways. One, organisational diagnostics. Two, an online video learning platform. Three, experiential group learning. Four, certification for in-house coaches under James Scouller’s leadership. However, back in 2017, the Leadership Mastery Suite had one big hole in its learning content. It said nothing about group psychology and team building. That’s the gap we’re now filling in releasing our new trilogy, "How To Build Winning Teams Again And Again," in January 2024. With its arrival, 100% of the Leadership Mastery Suite's content is in place. To make the four pathways real, we’re starting to seek partnerships with other companies. But not any companies. They must have both a passion for our ideas and deep expertise, especially in experiential training. We’ve already agreed the first partnership and expect more in the future. For us, the Leadership Mastery Suite isn’t just a programme; it’s a learning model enabling leaders and teams to reach new heights.
