The Chakras Handbook

This title has a lot of helpful information regarding what each chakra does and what its purpose is. Its descriptions are in-depth and easy to follow, and they add in information regarding what the chakras correspond with along the lines of gemstones, tarot, herbs, planets, etc. They also include an image of the symbol for each chakra to allow easy identification. I think this is great for beginners just starting out in learning about chakras.

Beautifully illustrated and informative book on chakras.  It is a perfect coffee table book for dipping into.  The format was perfect and easy to follow.  Each chakra was studied in order and a good variety of information was added, such as essential oils, gem stones and related tarot cards.  It is a lovely book for beginners and those more experienced alike.  Thank you

A really interesting book covering the main chapters and everything linked to them. It covers a general description, gemstones and goddesses, tarot cards and essential oils and herbs that relate to each one. It's quite in depth but if you've studied chakras before or have several books it doesn't give much that is new. However it is beautifully designed and a really worthwhile addition to a collection.

I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I have read a few books like this and few come close to this one. I love how the book is set up. That you get journal exercises and all the crystal information. The illustrations were nice and it was easy to follow and that is what made the use of this book fun and enjoyable. I enjoyed that each chakra had its own chapter and that made it easy to focus on each one and give its own spiritual justice.

Other than some formatting errors in my ARC which made it a bit hard to read (sentences doubled on many pages) which I'm sure will be fixed in the final version, this book was exactly what I expected it to be and more. It had loads of useful information on all the different types of chakras, full-color pictures that added a lot to the book, recipes with essential oils to help with your chakras. As a chakra newbie, I enjoyed reading more about each chakra in depth. This has deepened my interest in the subject.

This is the perfect book to dip in and out of when needed. It's easy to follow with step by step guides for meditation and has plenty of information on any resources you need such essential oils and tarot cards. It's perfect for a beginner and the layout is aesthetically pleasing.

I have been studying the chakras informally for several years now and find this book to be informative and colorful in its presentation. I was not aware of the additional chakras that the author teaches us about - the Earth Star Chakra and the Soul Star Chakra. I found this teaching profound and helpful. 

I look forward to adding this beautiful book to my personal chakra library.

A unique book on chakras and how they can assist you with living a full life. Excellent addition to your chakra library. I  recommend it for the nocive and the adept.

I really wanted to know more about Chakras and how they affected your mood and general everyday life. The only thing I knew about Chakras was that they were something I heard in yoga but didn't know what they were or what their function was.  As a result of reading the Chakras Handbook, I learnt a lot from from knowing that chakras are the power centres connecting your physical body and energy. There are nine in total. The author teaches us how to tap into the chakras for healing, health and generally living a happier life.  The book is short but sweet but yet it explained everything beautifully.  It also includes exercises including meditation, journalling etc to help us get further into the energy of each chakra.  Loved this book!

A very informative book which I would ideally have liked in hard copy to be able to enjoy it better.  Well researched and logically presented.

I really enjoyed reading this Chakras Handbook.  We often touch on the chakras at yoga but this was a more in-depth book so I could understand them more.  I love learning and being knowledgable about things that interest me.  Thank you for the beautifully written handbook, I think this would be a great book to add to my collection.

Since I read a book about meditation a few months ago I'm really interested in learning more about chakras. 

This book is great for beginners. It starts with some basics about chakras and has a chapter for each chakra. It also includes exercises, meditations, chakra correspondences and beautiful pictures. 

As a polytheist I really liked that the book also talks about the goddesses of each chakra.

This is a great book, if you want to learn more about chakras and how they affect you spiritually, mentally and physically. The book includes meditations, exercises, and information about which crystals that heal and align the chakras in your body. Athena is very inspiring and knows what she's talking about. Give it a try! Crystal healing and meditation has changed my life. 

Def. a book to keep on your shelf or as coffee book.
