This book contains very important information for budding entrepreneurs (and most other people as well), and is in a format that's easy to read several times as a reminder. There is nothing really new or revolutionary, but basic sound tips.

Si bien las herramientas, y aspectos de la visión de negocios presentada, son conocidos en el mundo de los negocios, a través de diferentes autores, lo que hace útil al libro es el hecho de que estén compiladas, y tratadas de una forma simple. Tal como comenta la sinopsis, es un libro que apunta mas a personas que recién se inician en el mundo de los negocios, o que están iniciando un negocio nuevo. Algo muy útil que tienen los capítulos, es como van dando una guía paso a paso, de determinados puntos para llevar a adelante lo que se comenta en cada uno, lo cual le aporta practicidad al libro, y ayuda a que no sea un libro que quede guardado en un cajón y jamas se vuelva a consultar.

The format of writing here is simple and makes this an easy read for anyone who is starting a venture or working with people/creating teams and leading.
I loved particularly a new insight I picked up from this book, the author calls it the "3 sparks method" for improved active listening. It's his way of making sure he jots down or makes a mental note of the 3 things that stood out for him after any conversation.
