Marketing Plan

This book will be rolled out worldwide on June 19th 2020.  It will start with pre-orders wherever books are sold.  There will be a huge social media campaign.  There will be local and national print media interviews, as well as book reviews.  Pitches to nationally syndicated morning television programs, as well as local and nationally syndicated radio programs.  There will also be a "street team" and a word-of-mouth campaign.  These are among many of the strategies that will be pursued for this book launch.

Wow what a great detailed and informative book! Not another fad diet book as this had some great scientific research to back up the information. I learnt so much from this book that hadn't occurred to me before and the way the body handles carbohydrates really resonated with me. I've also got some great meal and snack ideas for my fitness journey.

Good information but I didn’t find a lot that I didn’t already know. It is simple to read and can be useful for many. Encouraging book and idea as he takes away the feeling that a persons weight is completely their own fault. That idea alone will help many.

This book helped dissuade me of some of my long standing beliefs about weight-management. My take away: It's not your fault if you struggle to maintain a healthy weight. That's groundbreaking thought. It's a shift in how we look at the struggle to lose weight. This book also delves into the science behind why it's not your fault and gives practical ways to lose weight and, more importantly, maintain a healthy weight. I found the weight loss/weight management tips to be helpful and fresh ideas that probably wouldn't take much effort. I'll be trying this book's suggestions out... including the One Simple Consistent Change.

I love that this book was written by a physician that specializes in obesity. I have seen documentaries that postulate that losing weight by calorie counting and exercise doesn't work. This is the basis of this book. The author gives you a formula and eating plan very similar to the keto diet, but he believes that the number of carbs are different for each individual. Each person has to determine how many carbs they can eat and lose weight. He stated that for a lot of people, the total of carbs is 75 or lower. He gives you scientific evidence to back his theory. This appeals to the scientist in me. I'm very excited to try the diet, and i can't wait until his blog and app are up and running. I think that if you're struggling to lose weight by counting calories, you should buy this book.

If you're interested in a healthy low carb lifestyle without going full on keto then this book is for you. Dr Hunt lays out a comprehensive step by step plan on how to find you "carb number" (the amount of daily carbs you need to stay under to lose weight) and how to modify your diet to get there.
I've been doing low carb for a year after i slowly gained 15 lbs when i started peri-menopause. I tried every diet under the sun to no avail until i decided to try cutting down on my carbs. At the moment i'm about 3 lbs away from my target weight and will be following the No Guesswork Diet to get to my target weight and stay there.

I loved how the author made it clear that your struggles with dieting and weight loss are not your fault. The science behind why you have success or failure was interesting. The tips were easy to incorporate into everyday life without changing your daily routine too much. This is definitely a helpful guide for anyone that struggles with their weight.

This is a great resource for learning about the low-carb diet! Very informative with lots of facts about the health benefits of eating low-carb, especially for weight loss. The book contains experiences from a few of the patients that used this method of eating with great success. The back of the book contains a few recipes and sample meal plans for the three phases of the diet so that you can be successful in losing and maintaining weight.

Thanks for this book. It’s a great start for anyone new to dieting. I personally enjoyed the phase one chapter. That’s where I learned the most. .
