As an accountant, I always find it interesting to read books that are geared toward non-accountants. I highly recommend this book to non-accountants in the business world. It will save you time and keep your accountants happy that you can explain what you are wanting or needing from them. It is very easy to find what you are looking for, without having to read every page of the book. You can just go to the specific topic and learn what you need to know. This is a definite must-have book in all upper-management's offices,

Well-structured and clear; a good "introductory text". I would have liked a few more examples, but I feel like this isn't intended as "the only book you'll ever need". It does what intends to do well: Gives you a good grounding in the fundamentals/a foundation for future study or research (if desired).

A useful introduction to the basics of financial management, a good starting point for those with little to no experience of this world.
