The Wild Remedy Journal is thoughtfully structured to nurture mental well-being throughout the seasons. With its four distinct sections for each season, starting with Spring, it offers a unique journey into nature's healing power. It's a treasure trove of inspiration, filled with prompts that invite you to explore your thoughts and feelings in connection with the changing world. The activities included are not just creative and engaging but also serve as gentle encouragement to embrace the great outdoors. There is ample space for your own drawings, enabling you to express your feelings and finding through art. Alongside these, you'll find quotes that resonate with the rhythms of nature. The illustrations throughout the Journal are beautiful.

I'm optimistic that this lovingly crafted book along with its activity ideas and journaling prompts will prove to be a valuable tool for improving my mental health. I feel that a physical copy of this book would be best (rather than an e-book) so that you can use the journal as intended, or have a spare journal ready to transfer ideas over.

Having suffered from mental health, this book is such a beautiful thing to read and I will be purchasing the book. I have always found being outside so beneficial, and this book gives you the tools to appreciate nature and life, by making you stop, breath, look and listen. We all need a book like this in our lives, you don't need to go far to find something beautiful and this book can show you what to look for. Taking you through the seasons, you will be able to appreciate every part of the year around you.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for giving me the opportunity to read this book.

I really enjoyed this journal. It's the perfect mix of scientific information, personal stories and journal prompts. I will definitely try those prompts and I really appreciate that they are according to season. I just wish the journal would have been longer because I enjoyed it so much.
