Thank you to the publisher for the review copy! There are some wonderful meal ideas in this book and the photographs included really sold the recipes well. Some unique ideas for quick weekday suppers in here & I'm looking forward to trying the South Indian-Style Fish Curry, Tofu Makhani & Karahi Paneer!
