Healing does not have to be perfect to be powerful...

I flew through Heal and Grow because it felt real, honest, and surprisingly comforting without being preachy. It talks about stress, emotions, therapy, and burnout in a way that actually makes sense and does not make you feel broken for needing help. I kept nodding along thinking yes, this is exactly what people need to hear when life feels heavy. If you want a book that makes you feel seen while also nudging you to do better for yourself, this one belongs on your nightstand. 💚📘
